Monique is a student at the Design Academy in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Before this she studied at Artemis, a school for Interior Styling in Amsterdam. She says her ceramics are about confusion and through confusion one can break loose from ones everyday life, forget what's happening around you. "Be schocked for a moment. Fantasize again. Be amazed." She loves to work with mixing things up, mixing shapes, functions or materials and also designs other objects besides ceramics.
