Sabine Lang - Bubbles

The jewellery is transparent, fits to all surfaces, is discreet and nearly without substance. But its shine and glamour draw the attention of the viewer: a marvellous mixture of inconspicuousness and remarkableness develops. With minimal effort the impression of precious jewellery, pearls and luxurious necklaces is given. The structure, from a simple geometric form, requires it to be in a recognisable ornamental form. Therefore, the hemispheres are arranged in a “classical”, nostalgically-working jewellery form, whose recognising value is high. By using this kind of material, it works, thereby, not in a conventional way, but airily, easily, playfully and merrily.Material: plastics PETG, nylon

"Milky Bubbles" are filled with silicone; they look like opals with their shimmer and shine. With minimal effort the impression of precious jewellery, pearls and luxurious necklaces is given.
