Three Potato Four is run by Janet Morales & Stu Eli. They started the shop because of their love of collections. They're collectors, and to them, all products and belongings tell a story. Sometimes that story is about where the object came from, how it was made or who made it. Other times, it's a story about us and how the object reflects who we are, to ourselves and to others.Theye live by stories and they shop for stories.
They've always filled their home with things they love and think beautiful stories can be told through the complimentary mix of modern and vintage objects.
Both of them come from backgrounds in the design industry, from the creative side and the business side. Wanting to start something on their own and ready to leave the fun but hectic life they led in New York, they moved to Northern Virginia.
While one day teaching their daughter Holly the childhood rhyme of one potato, two potato... They thought Three Potato Four would be a perfect name for their shop.
