Julia DeVille





Jewellery as a reminder of our mortality. Australian Designer Julia DeVille has an - let´s say - eccentric way of creating her pieces. By the use of materials like human hair, taxidermy or petrified wood, she wants refer to the Memento Mori Jewellery of the 15th to 18th centuries and the Victorian Mourning Jewellery.
